The Zales® story began in 1924 in Wichita Falls, Texas, where Morris (M.B.) Zale, William Zale, and Ben Lipshy applied their vision of providing customers with quality merchandise at the lowest possible price to the opening of the first Zales® Jewelers. i placed an order for a mothers ring,3 weeks before mothers day.3 days before mothers day i get an email saying my order had been cancelled.when i asked why i was told i had to call my credit card.tere was nothing wrong with my zales credit card.they transfered me back to order dept and they then told me they didn't have my correct tele number to contact me to confirm my order but then read me all my correct info??? i had also provoided my cell number and that is what they said didn't match my account???anyway-i never got my ring or any satisfaction so the order was cancelled.i will never do buisness with zales again.
